In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system for the customers of our commercial SOBI2 add-ons. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online.

This Support Center can be used for the commercial products only. If you have questions concerning SOBI2 or other free add-ons, please ask in the Public Community Forum.
